Ingredients:
¾ c. Raw sunflower seeds
½ c. Flaxseeds
½ c. Sesame seeds
¼ c. Chia seeds
½ c. Rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
½ c. Farmer Foodie Golden Chedda Cashew Parm
1 tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
½ tsp. Salt
1 c. Water
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, oats, Golden Chedda Cashew Parm, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Add liquids: Pour in water and olive oil. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the mixture starts to gel slightly.
- Spread & flatten: Transfer to the baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer (about ⅛–¼ inch thick).
- Score (optional): Lightly score into cracker-sized squares if you prefer clean edges.
- Bake: Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully flip, and bake for another 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Cool & break: Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Store: Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
