Zero-Waste Basil Cashew Parm Pesto

Method:

  1. Add the basil to the food processor (with the stems - they taste like the basil leaves) and pulse for 1 minute.
  2. Next, add 1 container of Italian Herb Cashew Parm to the food processor, blend for 15-30 seconds.
  3. Finally, add 1/2 c. of olive oil and blend for 1-2 minutes or until creamy! Serve with pasta, pizza, bread, salad, roasted veggies, zoodles, and much more.
